When used right your mind can be your best friend but on the flip side when it is used wrongly it can be your very worst enemy. Your subconscious mind which is the part of you that controls most of your thoughts, feelings actions and behaviours does not have the capacity to think for itself.

It simply believes and does what you ask and when it is directed in a positive manner it will bring to what you want. However because it cannot think and reason it will also bring to you all your don't want's if your feeding it with negative input.

The secret is to learn how to communicate properly with your all powerful and all knowing subconscious mind and when you program it correctly it will help you to succeed as well as guiding you to make sure you achieve your goals, you enjoy your life and you get all the things that you want.

Use Your Mind The Right Way

To get what you want you have to learn how to use your mind in the right way by asking it for what you want and giving it the right directions, when you get it it working for you then it will do all the hard work for you.

The difference between the successful and the not so successful is, they know how to use their subconscious mind in the right way. We all have this power but if your not living the life you want and achieving the results you want it could be that your not working with it the correct way.

Your Subconscious is the link to the universal intelligent mind and it is connected to everything and everyone. This means it works behind the scenes of your conscious radar, so all you have to do is give it the correct instructions and it will seek out and bring to you the right information, situations and people.

When you use misuse your subconscious or you don't use your power the right way, when you give it negative  instructions and information and when you direct it in negative and self defeating ways you will end up struggling to achieve your goals and get the things you want.

Although your subconscious mind cannot think, reason and it believes and accepts everything you tell it because it has access to all your past memories and experiences it can dictate most of your thought patterns.

Your subconscious mind also responds emotionally to your thoughts, bad thoughts generate bad feelings and positive and neutral thoughts generate good feeling emotions.

Feed Your Mind With The Right Information

When you feed your subconscious mind with negative information you will find it hard to make as much money as you want, you will probably be in a job or career that you don't want or don't like.

You may experience unhappy relationships and you will have far more trouble with negative emotions such as fear, anger, sadness and high levels of worry and stress.

Years of giving your subconscious mind the wrong instructions can result in low self esteem and confidence issues, you may also find life to be difficult at times where everything seems to be a uphill battle.

You Reap What You Sew

Your subconscious mind is very powerful and it is always listening to everything you tell it and it is also constantly absorbing all the information around you and it acts on the commands and instructions you give it to create your version of your world whether that is intentional, said in jest or when you soak up other people's beliefs and idea's so be careful what you say or believe.

You reap what yo sew, what you put into your subconscious mind you will get back out, it is a bit like programming yourself to determine how you feel and what you become. 

Your subconscious mind should be your very best friend, it's job is to obey you, look after you and protect you, it is always creating your life, that never ceases, but it can only create your life based on the information you and others put into it. 

The only down fall and is it cannot make decisions or decide what is best for you, it cannot decide what is good or bad for you, it cannot decide what you should or should not do, it just responds to input and what it has learned so far. 

You instruct your subconscious mind with your thoughts and beliefs. You are the captain of your own ship, you are the master of your own destiny but you have to consciously decide what you want and how you wish to feel.

What you predominantly think on a repetitive basis becomes your beliefs, what you believe without doubt your subconscious mind will create for you.

If your not living the life you want or your not achieving the levels of success you desire then it is down to the fact that your not giving your subconscious mind the right instructions, so what ever it is you want, instruct your subconscious mind to give you what it is you exactly wish to do or be.

Your subconscious mind is the power house that creates your life as well as doing or the automatic actions that you need to keep your body functioning, basically it takes care of all the things you don't have to think about, a storage of information and patterns of behaviours. 

It has been estimated that your subconscious mind is a million times more powerful than the conscious logic mind. 

 Use it to your advantage and you have the most power fullest creative tool that exists bar god. It's capabilities are more greater than we will ever know or probably understand. It can help you to becomes successful and happy, use it wrongly and it can destroy your life.

Your subconscious mind is designed to protect you, it can not tell the difference between what is right or wrong, what you tell it repeatedly it will accept as being true, so this is why it is so critical to feed it positive and helpful information, what you put in comes back out. 

Your subconscious mind goes way beyond the radar of your everyday physical reality of which you observe, it connects you to your higher self and the universal intelligent mind. What you observe is only a minute part of what is really going on behind the scenes to make up your world.

What Does Your Subconscious Mind Do 

Your Subconscious is always at work for you, it does and performs everything you don't have to think about, it is your every loyal friend who always want't to please you. Your subconscious which is sometime known as your unconscious mind is always creating your life.

It acts like a good servant, and it simply follows and obeys your instructions. Those instructions are your thoughts and beliefs. Your unconscious mind will help bring you anything you desire if you tell it what you want.

Why people have so much trouble in their lives is because they without realizing it give their subconscious mind the wrong instructions and as your unconscious mind can not tell the difference between what is right or wrong it has to act on what information it is fed.

What you regularly think about and believe is what your subconscious mind creates for you. It cannot decide what is good or bad for you what is right or wrong. It doesn't decide what you should and what you should not do. That's something you must decide. 

 If you're not getting what you want in your life, maybe you're not making as much money as you want. Perhaps you have not achieved your dreams and desires or you are not in the right relationship or you have not met your true soul mate yet, then the chances are you are not sending the right positive messages and clear instructions to your mind.

Is your life on path, if you're still struggling and trying to make ends meet and your life is full of stress, disappointments and fear then you're sending your subconscious mind the wrong instructions. 

You have to tell your subconscious mind to bring to you exactly the life and things you want instead of doing what most people do which is they instruct it on a daily basis with the very things they don't want. How you feel, your levels of success and what you achieve in life is a direct result of the things you tell yourself.

Most people struggle their way through life because they are living their life based on outdated beliefs passed onto them by others or they make their own assumptions and perceptions of their own based on their experiences and their personal view of the world so far.

Most of us accept the norm and follow the masses without questioning things or challenging our unhelpful and sometimes ridiculous beliefs. 

Through no fault of our own we put ourselves through a life of unnecessary struggle, misery and emotional pain simply because most people have no idea of how their mind, body and reality work or they have not taken the time to learn or try and change things. 

Get The Most Out Of Your Subconscious Mind

Your subconscious mind has more power and genius than your conscious mind could ever even begin to imagine. So how do you get what you want, so that your subconscious creates the life that you want. You have the power to create the life you want, you can choose to create and achieve anything you want. 

You have to use your conscious everyday mind to instruct your subconscious mind to bring to you the things you want. To do this all you have to do is direct your subconscious so that it brings you what you want instead of what you don't want. 

If you're not achieving what you want in life then you're directing your subconscious to bring you more and more of what you don't want all the time. 

You have heard the saying, "ask and it is given" there may sometimes be delay in the receiving but as long as you keep focused on what you want, you take action on your gut intuitions and you belief that you will have it then one day your goals will become reality.

But it's not just about manifesting your goals, you can tell your subconscious things like I want to feel good. Do this in small steps, think of things that make you feel a little bit better, then when you're feeling better tell yourself I want to feel even better and think of more things that make you feel good. Why people live a life of fear, stress and anger is because they are focusing on negative things so you get back negative feelings.

If it is not happening for you right now that means you have been giving it the wrong instructions. You probably don't intend to do this. Nobody wants to struggle and live a life of misery, bad luck and misfortunes. 

But somewhere along the way you have developed a pattern of negative and unhelpful thinking patterns. And that negative thinking has led you to form some negative belief systems which is creating the life you don't want.

Your subconscious mind which is always paying attention to your thoughts has picked up on those negative thoughts and negative beliefs. It then acts as if these self statements are true,  so it then creates your life based on those negative thoughts and negative beliefs.

Change Your Thoughts Change Your Beliefs Change Your Destiny

It is only acting on what it thinks you want created, it can not pick out the good or bad unfortunately that's not how it works. So whatever you say to yourself becomes determines how you feel and what kind of life your living because that is the instructions you are giving it.

If your encountering a difficult life it is because that's what it thought you wanted. So if you think life is difficult, your subconscious will make sure you have a difficult life. This can cause you to make the wrong decisions, attract the wrong circumstances and you will probably end doing the wrong things.

To succeed you have to surround yourself with the right, when you think negatively you surround yourself with the wrong type of people, this can make your life becomes more and more difficult. 

Of course you don't want to have a life time of struggle, you don't mean to tell your subconscious mind to make your life difficult but that's what you're doing without even knowing it. 

Change can take a bit of effort to begin with, but unless your willing to change your views and change your thinking then things will just remain the same. You have to make a conscious effort on your behalf at the start.

So what do you have to do and what can you do to live a better life ? Well now you know you are responsible for how you feel and what life you create then it's time to take matters into your own hands and start designing the life of you choice instead of a life decided by the beliefs and opinions of others.

Change your thoughts, change your beliefs and in time you'll change your life. One way of doing that is start to think about what you want and then write down the first thoughts that come into your head on a piece of paper. 

When your thinking to yourself about achieving your goals, If at any time you find any negative or limiting thoughts creeping into your mind then you have to change them immediately.

Stop All Negative Statements

You have heard the saying, "Never complete a negative statement". The next step is you have to change the negative beliefs. If you don't change those negative thoughts and negative beliefs your subconscious will just continue creating your life based on those old unhelpful and none productive thoughts and beliefs. 

For instance If you think it's difficult to make more money then you'll always attract situations that make it hard for you to make money. You'll make the wrong choices and often people who do come into money will soon end up losing it or rushing out and spending it on things they don't need. 

If you think it's difficult to meet the right person then you will struggle to meet someone or if you do the chances are you will enter relationships that are doomed to fail. Why is this so you might ask" Because you think and believe it's difficult, your for ever loyal subconscious mind,  will simply guide you to situations, circumstances and people that will fulfill that belief. 

This is why it is so important to focus only on the things you want, yes that might seem like hard work at the start, but it is no more harder or time consuming than carrying on thinking about what you don't want, the only difference being you will feel better,less stressed and your life will improve.

Start to become aware of your thoughts.  Track and pursue the thoughts and beliefs that are connected to what you do want and dismiss and certainly don't follow the thoughts and situations you don't want. 

See if you really believe you can achieve your goals or identify if your having thoughts and beliefs that say you can't or that you never will. It takes less than 20 seconds to change how you feel, if your experiencing negative feelings it's because your thinking about what you don't want. Change your thoughts onto something you do want, keep that focus on the positive outcome for at least 20 seconds and you will start to change how you feel.

Check yourself thinking throughout the day and see if you're having negative or positive thoughts. Are these empowering or limiting thoughts and beliefs, do they make you feel good or bad? Start directing your subconscious to bring you what you want. 

Give it the right clear instructions and start on the path of creating the life you want, it won't happen overnight but start to condition your mind on a daily basis to set the wheels of change in motion.

Change your thoughts to correspond to what you want to achieve. If you think and believe that it's hard to find a good job or become more wealthy then you will never spot the right opportunities or attract the right circumstances and events that you need.

Let go of the negative thoughts, don't get caught up in them,observe and let them sail by, start to change your beliefs to more of the I cans. Create a thought that reflects what you want. When you start to do this you will begin to change the limiting unhelpful belief. 

Your inner self talk and perceptions determines your outer physical life. Challenge the old beliefs to thoughts like it's easy for me to make money,others have done it so I can or I can find a better paid job which I will enjoy. 

Then enforce the new beliefs, give yourself examples of how easy it is to make more money or how easy it is to find a better job. Focus on how you can make more money or get what you want. To create great wealth you must develop the millionaire mindset because it is no accident that they all follow the same patterns of thinking and acting.

Feed your mind positive thoughts so that your subconscious mind creates the positive results  you want. You make changes through repetition, saying something once half heatedly will not be accepted as being beneficial by your subconsciousness mind. It does not like changes, it will assume everything is OK the way it is, so you have to make a concerted effort at start off.

What You Put In Will Reflect back Out In Your Life

Tell it want you want and your subconscious will go out and create situations so that you easily achieve your goal. Only when you get your subconscious mind focused on what you want will begin to attract the, circumstances, opportunities, situations and people that you will need to help you achieve your goals or wishes.

This is the power of your subconscious mind, it only wants what is best for you, but it needs the right input to follow, as you are the captain of the ship and you need to give it the right instruction so you reach you destination.

It will guide and assist you to create anything you want. It will follow your instructions, but to succeed and feel good you have to program your unconscious mind with instructions that are going to benefit you. The input and instructions you give it are through your thoughts and beliefs.  

Only ever focus on the things and feelings you want to experience. Think about what you really want, keep focused on your goals, and tell your unconscious mind what you want anytime you get stuck or need help. 

The solution is always closely behind the problem, once you forget about the problem and start to focus on the outcome or you ask for a solution. Believe that you can succeed, focus on ways to achieve your goal and you will one day succeed.
