Because it can be an indication that you are moving in the wrong direction or you are stuck in a state of stagnation and little growth.

Your thoughts, emotions and body are a powerful indicator, which you should pay attention to and use to your advantage.

But, sometimes to change those negative feelings and emotions you also have to address the root cause.

If your chakras, which act as your energy centers have a blockage or an imbalance.

Then this can negatively affect and impact you in many different, emotional and physical ways and block your path to a better you and the better life you desires.

Balance your chakras balance your feelings

There are seven primary energy centers in your body, which are called the chakras.

Your chakras have a dramatic influence on your spiritual, physical and emotional well-being and general health.

In the ancient Indian language. Chakra's mean the "Wheels of light"

Each chakra is located throughout our whole body and they have an important function.

When our chakras are all functioning efficiently and properly you will experience pleasant feelings of bliss and your life will generally run smooth.

When you feel good and blissful, things will tend to go your way and you will start to experience positive and good emotions.

Have you ever noticed that when you feel calm and balanced, you do things better, you perform better and things work out better.

Everybody knows that it is important to align your energy. Especially so, when it comes to your chakras as they can have such a positive effect and influence on your life when they are in alignment and your energy is flowing freely.

And there is nothing more important for you, than to feel good.

Everybody is striving to feel good, but many people are relying only on physical things or experiences to make them feel better.

The truth is. Unless you address the root causes of how you're feeling from within, no amount of material possessions or physical things, will give you long term happiness of feelings of bliss.

When your chakras become blocked and they are out of balance and harmony. Then negative feelings of resistance and apathy, anxiety and discomfort will take over.

This when you sense that something is not quite right or you intuition and inner being is trying to subtly guide at you and alert you, that something needs changing.

Perhaps, you don't feel as good as you should, or in general, things don't seem to be going well, maybe your life can appear to have becomes a bit of a struggle.

When you balance and heal your chakras.

You will tend to feel a inner sense of peace, calm and balance, you will feel more at ease and you will be more able to cope with the daily stresses and challenges of life.

When your energy is flowing freely, life becomes easier and life tends to treat you better.

Your creative imagination will flow, you will feel more focused, you will perform better and your manifestation powers will increase.

You will also experience a drastic positive shift for the better in your bodies energy and one that even generates a feeling of positivity, empowering inspiration and a flow like, zone state that feels great and is long lasting.

Although many people see themselves as a physical being. The larger part of us is non physical.

From a spiritual perspective. If you could observe the human body as being and energy being, perceiving and interacting your world through a physical body

You would find. That surrounding the human body, we have an energy system, that we call an aura.

They, say, that those who have a strong aura, have these powerful and magnetic feel, that attracts positive situations, opportunities and experiences.

Inside our bodies we have what the Chinese call, "chi energy" which is our life force energy that flows around our body, from the top of our head to our toes.

When our bodies are balanced, our mind is free and our energy flows freely, we feel at our best, we feel good and we are at our most powerful, creative and peak performing, efficient best.

When there is a blockage in our energy, it causes our energy to split, which causes a negative state of resistance, which makes us feel bad and activates feelings of discomfort and negative attraction.

There are certain stations within in our body, that are called chakras, which act as "centers" for our energy.

Any blockages and interruptions along our life force energy pathways or in our chakra energy centers are believed to manifest in our life as conflict with others, having things not going wrong or other annoying or negative issues.

Connecting yourself to your true powers

The true larger and most powerfullest part of us is spiritual which is connected to the source that created us and the source that makes eternal beings and the source of infinite awareness, creation and possibilities.

You could say that the human body and mind, and they are all part of one whole operating system, operate very similar to that of a computer.

The mind is a bit like the computer hard drive.

Like the computer, this is where all the software is stored which also acts like a transmitter and receiver of information to the universal intelligence network of information.

The body could be compared to a computer motherboard, which is a connection of energy networks, pathways information and meridian lines.

These meridian energy lines and networks around the body are what the ancient healing art of acupuncture and emotional freedom techniques are based on.

The seven chakras act like energy centers and stations.

When we are feeling calm and balanced our energy flows freely around our bodies networks and pathways.

During the times when we feel calm and peaceful state of balance. This is the point where we are at our most powerfullest, we feel good and at ease and we become connected to our higher powers.

When our energy flow and body is out of sync and balance, it causes a disruption and blockages in our natural free flowing energy.

When our energy is out of balance and sync we enter a an emotional and physical state of disharmony, discord and negative resistance.

Where we can experience unpleasant physical and emotional symptoms, disruptions, discomfort which can cause specific body ailments and physical dysfunctions and illnesses.

When our free flowing energy becomes disrupted, some of the typical types of feelings we can experience are.

  1. Stress
  2. Tension
  3. Fear
  4. Anxiety
  5. Emotional trauma
  6. Anger
  7. Sadness
  8. Low feelings
  9. Low confidence
  10. Discomfort in the body
  11. Tension headaches
When there is a blockage in our bodies energy circuits, it usually manifests itself as a physical symptom of discomfort in the body.

Each of your seven chakras acts as an energy center, which can have a bearing on our mental and emotional strengths.

The meridian energy networks around your body connect to your seven chakras centers that are located around your bodies electromagnetic field, which is connected to the universal vibrational energy fields and frequency information and intelligence, that make up our physical reality as such.

You often hear musicians, thought leaders, discoverers, inventors, artist and great writers, who speak about, how they tap into this universal creative intelligence, at times when they feel calm, in the zone and balanced.

If we have a physical issue, it produces weaknesses in our emotional behavior. If we release the stale energy from the body, it may undo any tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of that area.

The seven chakras and their particular functions

Each of your seven chakras has a specific function or functions.

When your chakras are balanced and your energy is free flowing. A person looks like a radiant and glowing beam of vibrant energy, glowing younger looking skin and a picture of good health and well-being.

The crown chakra

The crown chakra is classed as the seventh chakra which lies at the top of the head like a shiny white energy crown, that is why it is called the crown.

The colour of the crown chakra is white, although it can also represent a sometimes purple and white mix

Some class the crown chakra the gateway to the cosmic information and universal guidance. The crown chakra allows you access to the higher states of consciousness, creativity and the universal intelligent mind.

The crown chakra is associated with your wisdom and your infinite awareness and your limitless potential and creative possibilities.

When the crown chakra is out of balance it can be physically transformed into being stuck in your head  and being disconnected from your spiritual self and your body.

The third eye chakra

The third eye chakra which is known as the sixth chakra is located in the centre of the forehead.

The colour that is given to the third eye chakra is purple or indigo. The third eye chakra is associated with our intuition and sixth sense.

The part of us that knows better, knows what is best for us and the part of us and knows what is right for us.

It gives you the ability to form your gut feelings guide you forwards in the right direction.

When the third eye chakra is blocked or imbalanced it can lead to feelings of lack of faith, hope and thoughts and feelings of indecisiveness and pointlessness.

The throat chakra

The throat chakra is fifth chakra and it is located in the throat area, hence the why it is named the throat chakra.

The colour of the throat chakra is blue and it symbolizes self expressions and it is known as the center of communication, listening and understanding and the connection between feeling and thought.

The heart chakra

The heart chakra is the fourth chakra that is located at the centre of the chest. The colour of the heart chakra is green.

When our heart chakra is open and flowing we experience feelings and connections of love, empathy and compassion.

The heart chakra is the center of our deep bonding, connections and love with others and with ourselves.

What can close the heart chakra is fear, trauma and anxiety or when we feel we have had our heart broken.

Feelings of anger, resentment and hatred can also quickly close the heart chakra, hence the say.

He or she is "Heartless"

When the heart chakra is closed or imbalanced, we can lose our connection with our higher spiritual self.

Another, term that is associated with a closed heart chakra is the sayings "Heartbroken" or "Mend a broken heart"

This often occurs when we have relationship problems, when we have been hurt in love or when we are experiencing feelings of grief or loss, such as a loss of a loved one.

When the energy is not flowing freely in the heart chakra you can experience a sense of feeling withdrawn, feel isolated and a feeling of a lack of empathy with others.

According to research by the Institute of Heartmath in the USA.

The heart has a stronger electromagnetic field than the brain.

HeartMath Institute Director of Research Rollin McCraty wrote in the paper.

"The heart, like the brain, generates a powerful electromagnetic field, McCraty explains in The Energetic Heart.

The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body.

The heart possess a level of intelligence that they are only just beginning to understand.

Evidence has shown that the heart also plays a greater role in our mental, emotional and physical processes than what was previously once thought.

The heart is a sensory organ and acts as a sophisticated information encoding and processing center that enables it to learn, remember, and make independent functional decisions".

Some experts now describe the heart as the heart brain. The mind processes and transmits information, whereas, the heart is connected to the spirit,

As they say.

"The mind thinks, but the heart knows"

The above quotes, demonstrates that intuition already knows what the brain tries to workout through thinking. This is because the heart is connected to the all knowing universal infinite intelligence, awareness and understanding.

When the heart, brain and nervous system are flowing freely and they're are all working in harmony together in a state of balance, operating as a unified whole.

Then we will experience a greater sense of expanding awareness.

When there is an imbalance or a disruption in the connection between the heart, brain and nervous system. Then we are more likely to be prone to sensations and mental states and emotions of anxiety and fear.

We have all heard the quotes

"Faith is not in your head, faith is in your heart. Sometimes you have to turn your mind off, and listen to your heart"

Joel Osteen

"Listen to your heart and not the voices in your head"

"What does your head tell you, what does your heart tell you"

"Sometimes you have to stop thinking so much and go where your heart takes you"

“Dare to connect with your heart. You will be lifting not only yourself and those you love and care about, but also the world in which you live.”

The solar plexus chakra

The solar plexus chakra is the third chakra that is positioned just below the sternum.

The colour of the solar plexus chakra is yellow and it symbolizes mental intellect, abilities, will and personal power.

It is also linked to feelings of self assurance, self discipline and self confidence.

The sacral chakra

The sacral chakra is the second chakra that is found just below the naval.

The colour of the sacral chakra is orange is the center of your emotions and it is function is to process emotions and it is associated with flow and balance.

This is why the symptoms of anxiety and nervous can be felt in that area.

The sacral chakra is also linked to creativity, sexuality and pleasure.

A blockage and imbalance in your sacral chakra can lead to be controlled by you emotions, a lack of sexual desire and being stuck in a negative mood.

The root chakra

The root chakra, sometimes also called the base chakra is the first chakra and it is located at the base of the spine.

The colour that is associated to the root chakra is red.
