Your skin can benefit from eating more nutritious and whole foods, and by eating more whole foods and reducing the amount of processed foods you can eliminate gastronomical inflammation, which can play havoc with the condition of your skin. 

Too much processed and junk food can cause inflammation in your gut.

Our body can struggle to break down some of the chemical compounds that are not a natural food source for the human body. 

Instead of processed forms of sugar, dairy and gluten, you could replace them with natural sugars (Like fruits) and grains as well as introducing dairy free alternatives.

Refined sugars, gluten and processed dairy products have been altered from their natural condition.

Although you should look after your skin on the outside and there are many good natural skin products you can use, you will get the best results if you also work on the inside.
